Our Shawarma Spice is the not-so-secret ingredient in this simple marinade for chicken shawarma. Use it on on chicken, lamb or beef to infuse the meat with incredible flavors. Serve for an easy weeknight supper with a simple salad or as the star of a Middle Eastern feast with all the trimmings from hummus to saffron rice.
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons Shawarma Spice
- Combine all the ingredients in a one gallon ziplock bag and mix well. Add 2 pounds of your favorite grilling meat and marinate 2 hours or overnight.
- Grill to perfection and serve!
