Our Shawarma Spice is the not-so-secret ingredient in this simple marinade. It can be used on chicken, lamb or beef to infuse the meat with incredible flavors. Serve for an easy weeknight supper with a simple salad or as the star of a Middle Eastern feast with all the trimmings from hummus to saffron rice.
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons Shawarma Spice
- Combine all the ingredients in a one gallon ziplock bag and mix well. Add 2 pounds of your favorite grilling meat and marinate 2 hours or overnight.
- Grill to perfection and serve!
