Watermelon Salad with Emerald City Seasoning
Ingredients
- 8 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 tablespoon Emerald City Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon fleur de sel
- 1 teaspoon pink peppercorn, crushed
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the feta cheese and stir to combine. Allow the salad to sit 15-30 minutes for the flavors to combine.
- Add the feta cheese and serve.
